super anti spyware

Should I be running this program along with my avg or are they fighting against each other,excuse my ignorance

Hello David,

Please be informed that any antivirus program installed along with AVG Antivirus will conflict.
AVG Antivirus will get into passive mode (Disabled) if other antivirus program installed on your PC.
It is recommended to have a single antivirus program installed on a PC.
If you would like to have AVG Antivirus installed please uninstall Super Antispyware from your PC.
