Please help with any sugestion on how to remove this virus.
My AVG is the free version.
When ever you try and open a file it redirects you to a web page saying the following:

All of your files are encrypted with RSA-2048 and AES-128b ciphers.

From the message you send, it seems that your computer is infected by Ramsomeware. This can generally happen if you have opened an unsafe email or accessed any untrusted website. This virus will generally get deleted automatically once the files are encrypted. This files are very hard to be decrypted. However, AVG have released a tool to decrypt some of the files which are infected by some well known ransomare. I have been hit with the .ZEPTO virus with the same problem as the members above.
I have the paid AVG version. I ran the BART removal tool as it looks the most similar to ZEPTO but no luck & got a txt box saying 'The encrypted file was not found or recognised'.
Any help appreciated, as I have no intention of paying these crooks a 'ransom'.

Since me previous post, i am still strugling to resolve my issues.
I was however forced to re-install my windows and all my programs.
I did make copies of all my importatant files with the hope that i will someday be able to undo the incription and get my unreplaceable documents back!!
Is it at all possible to maybe post the instruction here so we all can try to resolve our issues?

Files are encrypted and cannot be decrypted without the key. We do not have any solution and we have to wait and see if we are able to come up with an tool to decrypt this files in future.
