HOW DO I CONTACT TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR ONLINE CHAT?

I have tried to follow through the process to get Tech Support via online chat this morning to no avail.  After filling in my details etc. on the Tech Support form there is no box to click on for Chat online, only Phone help.

I had Remote Tech Support on Sunday which i initiated myself and i am sure i could see teo options available to me i.e. one if you wanted phone help and another for Tech Support online chat.
The Remote assistance solved the issue i was having but for some reason since then my Scheduled Scans are all over the place i.e. having many throughout the day and sometimes every ten minutes.  I decided to try and rectify the problem myself, but have been unsuccessful. I went to Advanced Settings and put 'every 24hrs' for a scheduled scan etc.  but they are still coming thru at an alarming rate.  Please Help.  How can i stop them?  How can i reach your Remote Tech Support online chat (NOT PHONE).
