John Smeresky Printer Scanner not recognized Error 0X00000015. The scanner is not ready
Something is blocking access to my print scanner preventing me from scanning to Acrobat or other simular programs. The scanner is there but it is not ready to respond.. The message I receive is
Error 0X00000015. The scanner is not ready It seems to be a rather common problem with Microsoft operating system software. There is a Security issue it seems as the Shield icon is over the Scanner icon.I would appreciate any ideas. I have run several different programs to repair the problem but it will not go away.
