error code 0xE0010045

Dear friend
I purchased AVG internet security, when I tried to install offline file error code 0xE0010045 appear & installation not completed. Kindly suggest what to do.

Mostly this error is occur due to anyother Antivirus program or previously installed AVG on your system.
Is there any other Antivirus program or AVG program installed on your system?
