Hi,
I'm not able to install AVG free. It gives me the below error code. What can I do to make this work? I have tried to install the program which prepares your computer for the installation but did not help...

We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. We would request you to run the AVG remover tool to remove all the remnants of the failed installation as described below. After you run the remover tool successfully, please download and install AVG using offline installation file based on your OS ( 32 bit or 64 bit).
To run remover tool, please visit http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2 and click on "AVG Remover" to download the remover tool and run it on your PC. It will ask you to select which product you would like to uninstall. Please select "AVG Protection" and follow the setup instructions to uninstall AVG.
Then to determine whether your OS is a 32-bit or 64-bit, please click on this link. http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/827218 .
