AVG SafeSurf

I bought and downloaded this program but it won't let me create an AVG SafeSurf account which apparently is different and separate from a regular AVG account. It doesn't like the user name and password I'm trying to log in with. I'm sure I must have done something wrong, but I don't know what.

We regret for the inconvenience caused. Could you please let us know whether you have received your unique username and password after the purchase of the AVG Safe Surf program? If so please use the username and password and check whether you could login into your AVG Safe Surf application.

Could you please let us know whether you have received any error message during purchase of the program under your registered email id? If so please follow the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/AVGRefundPolicy to apply for the refund and please try to purchase the same product under different email address and check whether you receive the welcome email with appropriate credentials.
