Deborah Lincoln Threat secured pop-up
I want to get rid of this annoying pop-up. I don't have Driver Training or OStoto ... whatever it is on my computer. It appears from past posts that uninstalling those would get rid of the pop-ups, but they are not on my computer. In previous posts, you asked for a screen shot of the pop-up, but I can't get the screen shot to paste into this message. What do you suggest now??
Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions on your screen to upload the screenshot here.
We have to escalate this issue to higher level technical team for further analysis. To do so, we require some diagnostic logs from your PC along with a screenshot of the threat detection pop up by clicking on 'See details' at the bottom. I have sent you an email with steps on how to collect and upload the data required for analyzing your issue. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder as well.
This is a follow up regarding the threat detection issue. We have released a new version 18.4, I have sent you an email on further troubleshooting. Please check and reply to the email.

Silent mode will disable all popups from AVG. However, we need to determine if those detection popups are a false positive or a real threat.
Do you receive any threat notifications? Please share the screenshot of it with full path.
Click on "See Details" at the bottom right corner of that popup to view its full path.
