Hello Jacques,
Since you already have AVG Internet Security - Unlimited valid till 2019.9.2 so you can receive a refund for AVG Internet Security (which has been renewed on 2018.5.4). Let me know if you want me to merge AVG Internet Security and AVG Internet Security - Unlimited or want to receive a refund for AVG Internet Security.

Hello Jacques,

You have been charged EUR49,99 for the renewal of AVG Internet Security 1 computer (1 year) license on 4th May 2018.
Since you have already subscribed for AVG Internet Security - Unlimited Devices (1 year subscription), it is not necessary to have this recently renewed license.
Would you like to get refund of the recent charge?

I acknowledge your refund request and it is not necessary for you to provide the account number as you would get the amount credited to the payment method that you have chose.

I upgraded yesterday to tuneup premium and paid by PayPal  but I accidently paid both for the 2y in intended and also for one you (c£17`)  Please can I have that one year refunded?
