Installation on other devices

Hi, I have installed my AVG Ultimate on my PC, I still have other 2 PC's and 2 Android devices I want to install it on, how do I do it?

Hello Ruxandra,

I will assist you further with the installation.

You can download and install AVG Ultimate from your AVG MyAccount https://myaccount.avg.com/my-account-login on your other devices.

To install on android device, download the free version of AVG AntiVirus and AVG Cleaner from "Google Play Store".

Activate with AVG Internet Security or Ultimate license - Go to AVG > Menu > AVG Account > login with the AVG My Account and product will be activated within few moments.

Hi Karthikeyan, thanks for your quick reply.
I cannot see my AVG Ultimate under My Products on my account so I cannot download and install it on anything. It keeps showing the "an internal error occurred, please try again later" message for the past 2 days.
I can see my invoice under my Order history but that's about it.

Have you tried to log in to your AVG My Account via different browsers? Use the following link: https://www.avg.com/en-us/download to download AVG Ultimate on windows device.

Download AVG Antivirus free version from Google Play store and activate it using your email address & password to enable paid features. 

Open AVG Antivirus free for Android -> Menu icon at the top left -> Log in -> enter your AVG My account email address & password to activate it on mobile.

Ruxandra, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Thank you for the info. We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products. Our developer's team will resolve it as soon as possible.
