we would loke to enter AVG Whitelist program with our software releases, but I cant ged ftp credentials (no answer for online inquiry for weeks). Can you please help?

We'd like to inform you that no credentials is required to submit a file in AVG whitelisting form using this link.
If you're being asked credentials, do share us the screenshot of the same to assist further. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
But we want to be a part of your whitelist program and add our latest releases to the trusted partners list by uploading to your FTP server (as we did before).
How can we get back to it?

Yes, the option to enter AVG Whitelist program using credentials is no longer available.
Unfortunately, all users and developers have to use this : https://www.avg.com/en-us/whitelist-program-registration common link to submit the request.
