AVG Secure Browser

I'm a teacher and I need to present on google meeting, but my AVG Secure browser won't let me. How can activate the presenter feature on the AVG browser?

Hi Neil,

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know whether you experience this issue with Secure browser alone or irrespective of browsers.
Also, let us know what happens exactly while presenting via AVG browser. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

Hi

We have to use google chrome for our school district, and when I'm in google chrome and try to log into my school district I get this message.
Chrome Error message
When I use AVG Secure browser, I can log into my school district and everything runs fine. Google classroom and google meet work well.
However, when I press the present icon I get two options:
1. Your entire screen
2. A window
I tried both options and I get the same message: "Your browser can't share your screen".
That's all it says.

Thank you for the details, Neil.

To check this further, share us the screenshot of the message: "Your browser can't share your screen".

You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Not a problem, Neil. Appreciate your efforts in sharing us the screenshot.
We'd suggest you to try disabling Web cam guard or Flash blocker option in AVG Secure browser to check if it helps. To disable : Go to Security & Privacy center by clicking on the AVG icon at top right in Secure browser & click on toggle bar beside those component (one at a time).

I tried disabling the Flash Blocker. Same message.
I tried disabling both. Same message.

We're sorry to know that, Neil. As the provided suggestions didn't help, we'd like to check this with our next level of support & help you. Once we receive the info from them, we'll write back to you. Meanwhile, using a different browser would be the alternate workaround.
Thank you for your understanding in advance!
