This isn't the expected behavior.
By any chance, did you log into AVG MyAccount on "My Subscriptions" window of AVG Antivirus free program?
If yes, log out and check the status of the expiry.
We would like to clarify that there is no validity for AVG Antivirus free version.

Are you seeing the expiry notices on AVG Antivirus free main interface too?
Could you share a screenshot of AVG Antivirus free main interface?
The expiry notices doesn't appear on the main interface.
It seems that the program is showing a random expiry date for the free version.
You can wait till the expiry date that is mentioned and if you aren't able to use the free version, do contact us immediately.
It is not recommended to enable silent mode on AVG as it wouldn't show the threat notifications too.
