Why when I try to sign in I get this message, "Sorry, there's a glitch in the Matrix. Please reload this page." This has been going on for days, can't you get your own system to work??

Was this problem resolved for you Chris. I am having exactly the same problem on my laptop - with the "glitch in matrix" error message. For over a week now. AVG tech help have been trying to help me with it via email, but it is just not resolving. I can login to my avg account on other devices - phone and tablet. So used my phone to login and change my password. Back to laptop and even with the new password still getting the "glitch in matrix" error message. Very odd - did you find a solution? Or can anyone else advise please. I need to get to my subscriptions page for downloading stuff to laptop.

or is it Ray not Chris - a bit confused now about who posted the original message at top of this thread?

Hello Midhun,
sorry about the delay getting back, but as well as this i've been having so many other problems caused by AVG internet security application since an update about 2 or 3 weeks ago, that I needed a little break from it all.. Without going into detail about the other problems now (that remote access technicians cannot resolve either), here is the screenshot you asked for. I checked for VPN - seemed to be one which i've now disabled, connected to Windows, but still same problems I'm afraid.
Would be interested to know - when seen the screenshot I'm attaching now - if any other users have had, or are having this same problem, and have they found any way to resolve it.

PS - I can login to this community with my usual sign in details - so it's very odd.
The screenshot is when I try to login to my main AVG account.

Midhun,
The problem has just now been resolved. I don't understand how but it would seem this issue was part of a much bigger issue caused by my corrupted AVG Internet Security application which had stopped functioning about the same time as my inability to sign in to my account. I had been unable to uninstall the program in the usual way and then also could not remove all traces of the associated files (long story! - but remote access technical support staff also were unable to correct it).
Today I have also found in this help community another AVG technician's post which instructs clearly how to remove the corrupted files. Though this was a timely process, I'm happy to say that it has solved my overall problem with the AVG application and at the same time I have become able to login to my account! Co-incidence maybe, but who knows!

More info and my thanks at the other post....... here...

Thanks for your suggestions Mishun and just to clarify - the same login problem was occurring in all updated browsers - microsoft edge, google chrome and in fact AVG Secure browser.

Hope this information I've added might help someone else in the future.
