Hello
After downloading the [avg free antivirus] file and trying to install it, I received the following message
[we are sorry but there seems to be a problem connecting to AVG server! check your internet connection and run the installer again.] If my internet is not a problem, of course I should also say that I use mobile internet, not Wi-Fi, please help me if possible and offer me a solution
Thank you very much

Hello I followed the same instructions as you said, but the problem has not been solved yet, for example, when I tried to set AVG Antivirus to Automatic, I received an Access is denied message. What do you think is the problem?

Also, when I tried to remove AVG Antivirus from the Programs and Features menu, I came across a blue screen of death and had to remove it through the removal tool.

Omid, appreciate your efforts so far but sorry that the issues persist.
What is the status of your PC now? Are you able to boot it normally without errors?
Did you try to reinstall AVG AntiVirus free?
omid karamiomid karami
Yeah again AVG I installed Antivirus but the problem still exists
omid karamiomid karami
Yes, the computer boots without any problems
AvinashAvinash (Avast)
Omid, did reinstall using the offline installer or online installer?
Do you still experience the UI failed to load error?
If you do, please run AVG Clear tool to completely remove AVG and reinstall.
Click this link for steps to download AVG Clear tool.

I did all the things you said, that is, using the AVG Clear tool, I removed the program and reinstalled it, but there is still a UI error failed to load
omid karamiomid karami
Only I deleted AVG Antivirus in safe mode, that is, in the image you see in the next post, I clicked yes instead of No, because otherwise I would face the blue screen of death again.
