Hello After downloading the [avg free antivirus] file and trying to install it, I received the following message [we are sorry but there seems to be a problem connecting to AVG server! check your internet connection and run the installer again.] If my internet is not a problem, of course I should also say that I use mobile internet, not Wi-Fi, please help me if possible and offer me a solution Thank you very much

Please change your DNS server settings to Google as described in this article and try the installation.
I did as you said and changed the dns, but nothing happened and the same message of no internet access came again. What do you think I should do now?

What is the status of your PC now? Are you able to boot it normally without errors?
Did you try to reinstall AVG AntiVirus free?
Do you still experience the UI failed to load error?
If you do, please run AVG Clear tool to completely remove AVG and reinstall.

Could you please mention the operating system on which you experience the UI failed to load issue?
We also request you to check whether your Windows is up to date. If not, please update and check whether the issue with AVG UI persist.
Can you check with Microsoft support for the reason for getting error while updating Windows 8?
