Visible cache not showing on AVG cleaner for Android?

Hi!

when I use the cleaner once its finished I can see hidden cache, apks, etc, but visible cache is not showing at all. 

Anyone knows the reason why?

Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"

Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email"

Hello, i don't pay for my AVG cleaner or its a trial so i cannot get a response by email :S

you are only able to submit a request if you pay for it or you are in a trial,I am just using the free version for now, so it won't let me fill the form, thanks!

they didn't answer my question, I just want to know why "visible cache" doesn't show up on the list on AVG cleaner any longer, or at least not on my phone.
