TD Ameritrade ThinkorSwim

Hello, 

I use ThinkorSwim on my computer and have not been able to use the program while using AVG Secure VPN. I have contacted TD Ameritrade and didn't get much help. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please confirm whether you are able to access ThinkorSwim after disabling AVG Secure VPN.
If yes, please change the AVG Secure VPN servers to different location, P2P or streaming services.
