OK, can someone from AVG please help us install your product. I have three new computers and all three are giving me the same instal error code: 0xC0070643
It should not be this hard to spend my money with your company to install some security software!!!

To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps : Please click on the below link to download remover tool http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Internet Security and remove it. I don't mean to jack your thread but I have the same issue. Installed fine on one computer but won't install and gets the same error message as above, over and over and over again. Have followed all the steps listed above. McAfee total removal tool, AVG removal tool, and manually deleted the removal tool. Now what please and thank you!!

I am having this same issue. Contacted technical support, and they forwarded me on to technical support using Remote Assistance. I allowed them to get on my computer and start "working their magic". The person tried to delete my Program Files folder, and the only reason they failed was because I was watching and intervened and cancelled the delete in time. The person then fought me for mouse control while I was trying to revoke their remote access, and then when I finally revoked their access and asked them why they tried to delete such an important folder they said it was a mistake. That's a MASSIVE mistake. I would be very careful letting these people remotely access your machine. I would have just had to spend half a day repairing the damage this person attempted. Someone with less technical knowledge would have had to take their computer to get it repaired.

Hello, Sorry to say this, but when tried I uninstall an AVG Anti-Virus (Free Edition) including AVG Zen replaced with my licensed product, it turns out that I recieve this error 0xC0070643. Once its done will be able to register my purchased product. It is possible to offer any advice? Thanks.
