registry edit software restriction policy - group policy

This ''software restriction policy/group policy'' has blocked all my AVG 2015 ultimate and prevented an AVG tech agent from doing a remote screen repair... it has also blocked my system restore as well as any security features I try to use... I found a topic for software restriction policy that lists some registry keys to be removed and I'm asking can someone walk me thru the registry edit?  I also need to restore the remote screen share and system restore... is this caused by a virus or malware?   any help greatly appreciated
Thanks very much

Thomas, 'Google' how to use winxp regedit to delete registry keys. Otherwise, If you don't feel fully competent seek assistance on your computer with an expert. Incorrectly changing the registry can lead to big problems.

I did contact an expert...AVG support.. they sent me a case number and a link for a remote screen share and fix... turned out whatever is causing my problem also blocked the AVG tech from taking over my screen to do the repairs... my email from AVG stated they would send me instructions to fix it myself ... all I had to do was reply to the mail.. replyed twice and still waiting a week now... also asked the tech to send them and he said he would.. again still waiting... I am blind and this is not easy for me

If I do an MS-DOS command line...REG DELETE HKCU\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows  ...  as in the link you provided (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows) will that be safe or will it delete other windows entries? Sorry to be such a pain but this has been going on for two weeks now and i'm willing to try what I can.. Again, thank you for any and all help
