My AVG won't update quick enough

it's been 3-7 hours since i started the update to AVG, but it stays at 15% of progress, if you know a solution for this, please let me know. thank you.

i think i made it worse, the entire thing is down, email, identity, everything, except for web.

If you were using the AVG Free Antivirus program then please use this link: http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Protection_Free_1606.exe to download the installation file to install AVG Free Antivirus.

Well, I appreciate that but we always recommend to reinstall AVG program using the AVG remover tool.
