I have been paying for AVG for the last 3 years, but I am not sure what email account this was originally set up with. How do I get a copy of the order/invoice for my records?
I don't seem to get any emails from AVG, but the payment has been taken from my credit card and when I log into AVG it says that I have no subscriptions.
Hello Dawn, Thank you for contacting us. I see that you have an account registered under the email address you used to contact us here. I also see that you have an active AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license which was auto renewed on 2nd June 2017.
When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. You will also receive an email regarding the automatic extension of their AVG subscription, 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.
I have resend an email with invoice and new license number. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder as well.
Could I please have all of the invoices for my orders placed within the last year, actually from (July 1st 2018 > June 30, 2019) I am being audited for tax purposes and need these,
