I am sorry to know that. Please scroll down on the my subscription page and see whether you have the AVG Ultimate name mentioned. If yes, to right of it please click on arrow mark which will show the subscription details. If it doesn't appear please check on My order History for AVG Ultimate subscription and let us know the status.
Under the subscriptions only shows my internet package and not the ultimate package, the order for the Ultimate has been processed and has a green tick next to it with the order number.
