I'm sorry to hear that your device is lost. We will help you with all possibilities to track and perform other actions on your device. Your device location can be tracked using any of the methods listed below:
Method 1:
If you have registered your device successfully in Mobilation website, you can try below steps to locate your device.
Please note that data connection and device registration is enabled to track the location.
1. Visit www.avgmobilation.com website.
2. Login using AVG My Account option.
3. Check for the locate button or you can find the locate tab. This will take some time to retrieve the location.
Please be patience. You can find other tabs to lock, wipe and shout device.

You can also use SMS to track your device location. Your old SIM card has to be placed on your device to get the response message. For Anti-Theft features to be working, the following conditions are mandatory:
1. Active data connection on your device.
2. Your device should be turned ON and it should not be formatted.
3. Device should be displayed under Mobilation website.
4. SIM card has to be placed, if you are trying out SMS commands.
