Please be informed that AVG Secure VPN (2 years subscription) that you purchased can be installed only on unlimited windows computers.
If you wish to install it on unlimited Android devices then it is necessary to purchase it from Google PlayStore app.

Why on Earth wouldn't you make this more obvious on the purchase screen?? Unlimited devices means exactly that! This is a bloody con, I have used your products for a long time but this has put me right off, it is so misleading it's untrue. You should State unlimited windows computers *Android and iOS wont work.
I have just bought a 2 year sub thinking I could connect all my devices to this VPN :( How do I go about cancelling it so that I can download the Android one instead? Waste of time!

While you may be technically correct, I do agree with all the other complainants that it is a dirty trick, and shows bad faith to your faithful customers.

Why not just add the Android version (and I suppose the iOS) to the package, even if you have to increase the price a tiny bit?
