Cancel VPN

I've just bought a 2 year sub for a VPN under the guise that you can "connect unlimited devices". Turns out that this isn't true and that you can only connect windows devices. That's useless to me, all my other devices are android.
Please cancel and refund my subscription ASAP. Thanks.
