Cancellation of Virus Protection and renewal/billing

My 2 year subscription for virus protection expires in November (22nd) 2017.  I no longer wish to renew this.  I am unable to access this thru My Account in order to cancel, as it erroneously does not recognize my subscription and I am unable to create a new account using my current email address.  Please CANCEL  my subscription and automatic extension/renewal for which I do nor wish to be billed

I see that the auto renewal progress is active for your AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) license too.

Thank you for the confirmation. I have canceled the auto renewal for AVG PC TuneUp and you will not be billed automatically in future.

Can I please cancel my automatic subsriptions? I am confused on how the billing works. It looks like I have been charged for up to 10 devices before, meanwhile, I only have it on my main computer! Now I have another bill, I am not sure what is going on. Please cancel. Thank you.
