General Behavioral Detection

I just downloaded updates to my Adobe CC apps and got a threat-detection notice for this object when I opened Photoshop: c:\adobetemp\etrd6d7.tmp\1\application\node.exe

I chose to have AVG remove the threat, but it's been running for an hour without any results.

Should it be taking this long to remove the threat? Did I make a mistake in choosing to remove it? I cannot find any information about this object, so I do not know if it was necessary to remove it or if I affected Photoshop by doing so.

After waiting almost 2 hours while AVG had my computer tied up and seemed to be doing nothing, I performed a restart. Photoshop and my other Adobe programs seem to be running fine, and I haven't received any other warnings from AVG so far. The responses came in too late for me to post a screenshot, but I will do so if the problem reappears. I have to download the same updates on my laptop, so I'll see if I get the same warning.
