Hi All, I recently had to have Windows 7 re-loaded on to my PC (64 bit replaced 32 bit) & subsequently also had to re-load AVG . Now I am unable to play music from my PC (in the past this was from iTunes, which I have also had to re-load). I have checked my settings in both Windows & AVG firewalls, but still cannot get it to work. Anyone out there have a solution? Thanks in anticipation.
Hello, Bob. Thank you for reaching us with your concerns. May I know if the issue is resolved when AVG protection is disabled? Right click on AVG system tray icon and toggle the On/Off slider to disable AVG protection.

I have tried disabling AVG using the tray icon & the problem remains.
Hello Bob, I understand that you have disabled AVG Protection and you're still unable to use/play iTunes on your Windows 7 computer. The issue is might be because of 32 bits Windows 7 operating system which may not compactible with latest iTunes version. For more information, I request you to contact Microsoft or Apple support. Best regards, Alok.
