Hi I have just received my invoice for my annual AVG licence renewal and have paid. I have tried cutting and pasting my new licence number into the reactivate menu. Although it says it is a valid licence number it does not do anything with it. My current licence is due to expire on the 24th December is this why I cant reactivate yet? many thank Steve

I to have renewed my avg in December payed for it went to activate but did not except license number tryed to call on phone 1800 number not connected how do you comunicate.with Ave

Hi Alan my name is John Calvitto and it was me how renewed the license on 20/12 2017 as my wife passed away i'm not computer savey thought i processed within the 30 day and now getting messages to renew and trial has expired.+ i dont know how to screenshot. Alan is ther some way to talk sameone in have tried to call the 1800 number but not connected because i mach of a typer and dont.
