Secondly, please share us a screenshot of the error message you recive at the time of program update.

I cannot add the screen shot.the file is too large. This is the complete message in the error message:
cannot get info files due to curl error

AVG Tuneup has been uninstalled. I am unable to reinstall AVG Tuneup. I get this banner:
Eror message
Cannot get icarus files.
