VPN

Can anyone tell me why when I try to turn on VPN on my iphone it says "user authentication failed". This is a new problem. I did renew my subsription a couple of days ago but everythin else seems to be working.

Hello Dinesh, I have been trying to send screenshot with no success. The problem is happening on my iphone. I have the AVG security app loaded and when I touch the turn on VPN button i get the following message come up
        VPN Connection
     User authentication failed

                 OK

This has not happened in the past and the only thing that I have done in the last few days is to renew my sub with AVG.
I am wondering if I should delet the app on my phone and reload it.
