I would request you to uninstall the other Anti virus programs that you had earlier as it may conflict with AVG during the installation. Please try installing AVG protection after that, this should resolve your issue. Please get back to us if the issue persists. We will be glad to help you fix this remotely. Thank you.
It wont let me even unistall the program to try and repiar it?...
I will help you with the issue,
please uninstall all AVG programs installed in your computer from control panel
And Run AVG Remover tool and Bfix Tool
and then download the AVG ZEN and reinstall it.
Download Remover Tool using the link below

To download AVG BFE Fix Tool please click on the following link:
http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_BFEfix.exe
After this please try to reinstall AVG ZEN.
