My email address when I signed in to purchase product was apparently incorrect. Cannot retreive my password and cannot access my account. What should I do? can my account be accessed through my licence number?
I did just that, however i didn't receive an email with the password reset link (tried twice). That's why I'm suspecting that the email I had input was incorrect. Is there any other way to reset the information for logging into my account (eg by using the licence number I have). My other thought was to allow my licence to expire and then start everything from scratch.
