How to remove Worm Generic3.HNY from my USB drive

Hi, whenever I insert my USB drive in my PC, it doesn't open automatically and when I open the folder I see that there are only two files in it: an autorun.txt and a link "Removable disk 4 GB" on which, after clicking, the AVG antivirus detects the presence of a Worm Generic3.HNY. I click on "Protect", but every time I resubmit the USB,  the two files and the virus reappear and any other files present on it is hidden. How can I permanently remove this Worm? Thanks for any answers

Hi, I tried to format flash drive, but the problem resurfaced always and now the flash drive is demagnetized.
So I tried with another flash drive and files regularly are on it without being detected any virus. Thanks everyone for the help

Giovanni, In order to analyze it please provide AVG with GMER (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/GMER-Scan-Result/) and AVG scan result export (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/AVG-scan-result-export/).
