bought pc tune up and now its gone

I bought the avg pc tune up for the year and now its telling me i have to buy it again when i bought it about a month ago if that.... please get back to me quickly as i use my computer alot

We have sent an email and provided instruction to perform activation of AVG TuneUp.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
If you get any error, please share the screenshot of it through the same email.
