AVG continues to detect same threat over and over

My AVG has been detecting the same threat about every half hour for two days now. It says:

Suspicion: Unknown virus.exe.com
Object name: downloads.dell.com/FOLDER03163439M/1/XPS_8700_BIOS_A11.EXE
Threat has been successfully removed.

I'm running Windows 8.1 on a Dell XPS computer.

Thanks for your help!

Hello Brad.
I know it must be annoying to see the same threat message very often. The possibility for this issue are given below.
Either the threat is not successfully removed or your automatic downloads try to download the same file repeatedly.
Please make sure of it and reach us back.
Thank you.

OK. Any advice on how to go about checking these two things?

Brad, please remove the threat detected by the AVG by following the onscreen suggestions and see if you still receive the same message again.
Thank you.

I am not given the option to do anything once the threat message pops up. It just tells me the threat has been successfully removed.

Hello Brad. If that's the case, I would like to let you know that you are absolutely safe. AVG is just letting you know what it has done to the recently detected threat. If you would like to stop the system tray notification, you can do this by following the steps below.
Open AVG.
In the top menu click Options, and then click Advanced settings.
In the left menu, click Appearance.
Untick Display system tray notifications to disable the notifications.

Thank you.
