Charlene Jourdan problem with Windows 7 restore point
I am having a problem with trying to get Windows 7 to restore a previous date on the computer as it is telling me to turn off the firewall. Although I did do that from the firewall icon on the AVG interface, I was unsuccessful 2 more times. I am unable to use my QuickBooks program because of this problem, even though I just spent 4 hours applying 2 of their tools to fix the problem, unsuccessfully.
