I seem to have the same problem as other people here. While scanning I get different amount of threats (from 20 up to 58). My AVG program is updated and free version. Is there any way of fixing this issue?
Hi Tajda, I understand that you are receiving inline hook detection in AVG FREE and you are unable to remove it. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. This issue occurs if there are any conflicting software in your computer. Please remove the conflicting antivirus products if any (http://avgread.me/1K1IqEh). If issue persists even after removing the conflicting software, please try to use the corresponding remover tool and check if it is working fine. Thank you. Komal, AVG Customer Care.

I have the same problem. Even after deactivating Windows Defender the problem with the inline hook ntoskrnl.exe is still not solved.
I have the free version of AVG and it is updated, too.
How can I fix the problem?
