Robert Moloney Windows 10 - critical error
On one of my devices I have receieved the following "Critical error - start menu & cortana aren't working, We'll try to fix it next time you sign in"
It would seem to be a reasonably commom error that many people solved by removing (non-AVG) antivirus software.
I have removed AVG and it appears to have fixed the problem.
Is anyone aware of issues with Windows 10/AVG compatability?

This is the first time we are hearing this issue.
Do you have some screenshots of this critical error?
If yes, please do provide it here so that we can understand and assist you better.
Also did you get this error whenever you log into Windows or only when opening a particular application on your PC?
