Update failed because A .bin file is missing

I've just purchased AVG and been installing it on my pc laptop (Windows).

It repeadtedly fails to updates do to A bin file is missing

What do I have to do?

Hello Tal,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please follow the steps below to delete temporary update files from AVG and then try to update AVG.
1. Open AVG and click on Options.
2. Select Advanced settings.
3. In the left pane menu, expand 'Update' and click on 'Manage'.
4. Then click on "Delete temporary update files" and confirm to delete them.
5. Click on Apply and OK to save the settings.
Now try to update AVG and feel free to let us know if you require any further assistance. Thank you.

I did that but it still pops up the "A .bin file is missing" message.

Thank you for trying out the above steps. We appreciate your effort in trying to fix it.
To get this issue fixed, we request you to run AVG remover tool in your pc and then install AVG Antivirus free back in your pc.
To run AVG remover tool please follow the below steps :
Please click on the below link to download remover tool
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Product and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

Then press Widow key + R on your keyboard and type "appwiz.cpl" and hit enter. From the control panel choose AVG Zen and uninstall it from your pc.
To install AVG Ultimate in your pc, please click on the following link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Ultimate_761.exe download and install the file. To activate it http://avgclick.me/ActivateZen .

Deleting AVG remover FOLDER? But it's just a file, I see no folder, even when I search all the system

There is no AVG Zen installed, just 2 files:
Visual Studio 2012 x86 Redistributable
and
Visual Studio 2012 x64 Redistributable
