Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you please confirm us the name of AVG program you are trying to install? Is any antivirus product other than AVG already been installed in your device? Did you earlier try to remove AVG using "AVG Remover tool" and then to reinstall?

We request you to not to post any of your personal details on public forum. We have removed the license number from the previous post. What is the exact error code that you received while trying to install the AVG program?

Did you get as "Description: Event exec finished" error message along with this 0xC0070643 code?

We request you to try reinstalling the AVG program using the AVG remover tool once.
To download the AVG remover tool please use this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

I've tried all the fixes I've read here and none seem to be working.
Ive run AVG remover a few times and deleted the remover file but still wont work.
