Please help! I've had a threat secured message that keeps popping up on my screen every minute. I've run a scan several times. I've contacted the website concerned and they know there is a problem but I don't understand why I keep getting the message.

Could you let us know if you get this threat pop-up while accessing the internet using a particular web browser (Google Chrome) or in all your other browsers as well? Also, what did the website support say when you contacted them? Awaiting your response.
Hello - I use Google Chrome but I just tried IE and it didn't come up.
The message from the website was:
We are currently experiencing some technical issues on our websites and Charity Admin system which is affecting a small number of charities and members. This means you may not currently be able to access your accounts.
Our team are working to rectify this issue with the aim of getting the website and Charity Admin system back up and running in the quickest possible time.
This unexpected downtime may mean that your supporters are unable to access their fundraising pages, make a donation, or generate donations when they shop. For this we are sincerely sorry and ask that you bear with us while we do everything we can to minimise any disruption to your charity’s fundraising.
Just to say that I'm not trying to access the website when this message pops up. I do have a link in my email signature but I disabled it, not that it's made any difference.
I have exactly the same problem, using Chrome. I also tried Firefox, same again. This stops me accessing the 'giveasyoulive' website. This site makes a donation to charity when you buy on line. It worked OK when I made a purchase on 2nd Sept. The constant pop-ups are very irritating! Please help
I would request you to remove any unwanted extensions on your browsers, reset them and check if that resolves the issue.
