Free AntiVirus?

I downloaded the Google free antivirus for an Android phone.  I see that I am charged $12.71 on 3-21-21.  It doesn't look like I activated it and I'm not sure how you got my payment info.  Please refund my money.  I just uninstalled the antivirus.

I'd request to submit your Refund request to our Android product support team. Please visit the following website https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form?l=en&retUrl=support_Android_AVG_Antivirus , fill in your details, issue description and click on "Request Answer via Email". They will get back to you via email with a resolution at the earliest.

Does the free antivirus provide the same security as the paid one ? And does any of your antivirus protects the automatic downlaod of the virus or some other files ? Like some of the sites readlightnovel.info  (https://readlightnovel.info/)automatically downlaods extensions and some files. Does AVG protect us from that too ?

David, we would like to inform that AVG Antivirus free gives basic protection whereas paid AVG Internet Security provides advanced protection as it has component like Enhanced Firewall which we can't find in free version.
If any malicious content is downloaded from the website that you mentioned, AVG Antivirus free/AVG Internet Security will definitely block and remove it.
