Renewals of AVG INTERNET SECURITY NOW AVG ULTIMATE(MULTI -DEVICE)

I need your advise in order to take a decision because within few days some of my AVG products will be renewed automatically and I do not understand properly how works AVG ULTIMATE(MULTI -DEVICE).
In fact I only have 1 PC and I do not use a phone, believe it or not. 
If you can check my AVG account and my AVG Internet Security screen, it seems that AVG is going to debit several of my subscripcions in a few days and within 45 days are going to debit my credit card for some of the same subscriptions once again. Please tell what should I do because I do not understand what means to "change to this subscripcion" (cambiar a esta suscripcion).
Should I cancel or unsubscribe to those subscriptions to be renewed or not.
In short what would you recommend me to do. Please if you can respond me asap I would appreciate very much. Many thaks. Miguel
