How do I contact AVG Support by Email

I have an issue with AVG antivirus on my computer.
The action Centre says I have 2 important updates, but they will not update; Update Failed General Issue.
As for the main information box the Computer and nnow Internet circles are red saying not covered.
I looked at the online support and using AVG Remover removed and then reinstalled AVG.
The issue remains but abd it now says it has expired, but it does not expire until June 2017. For both it says update required but when I try to update I get the same message.
 
I am unable to contact AVG by telephone and have circled the website so many times trying to fined online help. On one occasion I was offered the opportunity to chat, but once clicked to be told chat is not available. I even created an account hoping I would find a route for direct support, but nothing. Up to now, I have spent 3 hours trying to find an answer. Each link to reach Customer Support leads to the same page, and a telephone number which then leads nowhere other than back into the loop.

This is the second time. 6 months ago I was told my licence had expired totally. Technical support removed AVG and installed it again.

I am finding the support offered by AVG appalling.

From your suggestions: I am unable to enter safe mode, On start-up and retart it does not give me the opportunity to press f8. There is another issue in that I am the only one using the computer and my user account is also the adimistrator, but when I try to delete a temp fil it says I do not have administrator rights. All of this was set-up by PC World.

We appreciate your efforts in trying to fix the issue, we apologize for the difficulties. We can resolve this issue by uninstall and reinstall AVG in safe mode.
Please reboot your device http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode in safe mode, click on this link to run Reset Access tool: http://files-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_ResetAccess.exe and refer this article to uninstall http://avgclick.me/UninstallAVGAV your AVG program.
Kindly download your AVG remover and run it, then go to C: -> AVG Remover -> Bin ->pctremover.exe and avgfmwremover.exe (do not restart your device if prompted), then run avgremover.exe (it will automatically reboot your device).

Then please remove the AVG folders manually as suggested below. Go to Run window (press windows key and R key simultaneously) and type the following comments to delete the folders.
1. Type “Temp” and press enter, remove all the files.
2. “%temp%” and remove all the files.
3. %appdata% - Remove all the AVG folders.
4. %programdata% - Open the AVG folder and remove the old files.
Please go to c: drive-> program files and delete the AVG files. Reboot your device in normal mode and proceed with the installation as suggested here: http://www.avg.com/us-en/download .

I called 0800 652 4940 this morning to make enquiries about the above subscriptions.

I found it extremely difficult to understand the recipient as his English was very hurried and spoken with a strong accent. There was also a lot of family background noise and interruption.
I was transferred to your technical support, where I listened to music for a couple of minutes before being cut-off.

My queries were simple:
What is actually covered by AVG Ultimate.
Why, after automatically scanning my system does it state that some of my drivers are not up to date and then tries to charge me again for updating.
VPN does not recognise me as being the UK, no matter how many times I register London UK. I have to disable it to use my online banking, BT Sport and on occasions some other sites.
When installing/renewing these products do I have to activate/reactive these products or does this happen automatically.

Regarding driver update : 

You are getting suggestion from AVG to update outdated drivers. This can be done by AVG driver updater program. This is standard program which will not cover under AVG Ultimate. 

If you do not wish to receive other products suggestion, you can disable it from privacy settings. 

Regarding VPN issue :

For your information, its something we have very little control of as its mainly up to the service provider (Eg.Sky, BBC, Netflix, Bank sites) whether they allow VPN connections or not. In some regions, VPN doesnt work due to the restrictions on the concerned website.

So, you can turn off VPN when you access bank sites or try to change the location in VPN and check whether its working. 

Regarding subscription activation :

When the subscription was already activated in devices if the renewal happens, the subscription validity will be extended automatically.

It is very ungelpful that there seems to be no e-mail address that I can write a question. and send. The falicties are all stacked to take cash but no help to send a question to get an answer.  This is not the way a comapny should be working.
