Can't access icert.dol.gov

I haven't been able to access this website for the past 2 months, although I was able to access it back in January. I believe it is related to the security certificate. Received this error through Mozilla Firefox:

Secure Connection Failed

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

It also won't load on Microsoft Edge. Help!

Hello Sharon,

Actually Aravind suggested you to reset your Edge browser and then asked to access the website.
Reset is different from restart of the browser.
To reset Edge browser please follow the instructions mentioned in this link: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/reset-microsoft-edge-browser-to-default-settings-in-windows-10
Also we request you to try accessing the website from a different browser like Firefox or Google Chrome and do let us know the status of it.

No, I have not Reset Edge.

However, as mentioned above, I have tried to do this through Mozilla Firefox (my primary browser) and it also doesn't work. I just tried on Google Chrome (that I just installed) and still doesn't work.

So that is 3 different browsers where it doesn't work. I don't see how resetting Edge will resolve the issue. I think it is related to the security certificate with the site itself, and AVG not recognizing it.

Actually, it worked through Google Chrome. So I am just going to use this browser for this site from now on.
