Hacker Attacks Failyar

My Hacker Attacks SHUTS DOWN TIME AND TIME AGAIN, AVG repair it for me, and tell me it will not happen again, but it does, every time I use my computer, I have to check AVG to make sure it is working properly, this is very frustrating and time wasting, I have paid for something that does not work properly -(

Hello Nicola,

We realize this must be upsetting and will fix this for you.
Open AVG Internet Security program interface. Click on "hacker attacks" and check whether Firewall or Ransomware is disabled.
If Ransomware is disabled, come back to the main interface and click on "Menu-->Settings-->Full Protection-->Ransomware".
Use the slider icon to turn on the ransomware protection.
Once this is done, check on the main interface whether 'Hacker Attacks' says as protected.
Keep us informed about the status.

I am getting really fed up with doing this myself, I have a lot of better things to do in life, than check my AVG daily and fix it myself, your people keep fixing it for me, and tell me that it will not happen again, well it does, when I purchase something, I expect it to work properly, in this case it is not doing so, I have been with AVG for many years, and it has been excellent up until now, please stop this frustrating problem for me, once a for all "Please"

This isn't the experiencee we want you to have, John. Upon checking our records, we see that you've reached us earlier regarding AntiSpam component being disabled & AVG states that it is out of date.
In this regard, we may need to perform a clean installation after ensuring that there are no other antivirus installed on your computer. Also, we'd suggest you to take advantage of our free remote assistance to make this process easier & fix it in a timely manner. An email including the steps has been sent to you. Please follow those steps to get connected with our remote team. Thank  you for your understanding in advance!

AVG...Look, I am one of the many w/ this Hacker Attack problem, and like others am frankly tired of your answers.  This used to be a wonderful product. Prior to the latest application restart update, the problem existed as a red task bar icon warning of 'unprotected' after every start-up. Upon opening IS you would find that Password Protection was Off.
Then you sent out the update and after the restart the task bar icon showed green...I thought it was fixed.  But, when I actiually opened IS, the Hacker Protection box was red.  So, your system went from knowing it was unprotected and warning me to not knowing it was unprotected!
When multiple people are having these issues, and your "fixes" don't work, you just keep telling us the same thing. Yet, your Chat people tell me that you know it is a bug and are working on it.
