Avg seems blocking Nividia GeForce GT 730 application

Hi AVG Team,
I removed my AVG Internet Security for almost 5 days ago and i observed that my desktop is never getting freeze and hanged for several times. I noticed that it seems the AVG is blocking the application of NIVIDIA GeForce GT 730.

Looking forward for your support on this concern.

Thank you for providing the screenshot.
We'd request to change the DNS settings as suggested below and try to download the setup file.

- Open Control panel.
- Click 'View network status and tasks' under 'Network and Internet'.
- Then click 'Change adapter settings' in the left pane menu.
- Right click on the network you are connected to, select Properties.
- Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) from the list, then click the Properties button.
- Select the 'Use the following DNS server addresses' option, then enter both IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
- Click OK to save your changes.

Try to download the setup file now and install AVG.

NOTE: Please make sure that there is no third party security software installed before installing AVG, as this will conflict with AVG and slow down your computer.

Hi Karthikeyan,

I am trying to access the link you had shared but seems not working and I'm getting below message;

"Cannot download the file because of timeout."

"Cannot connect to install.avcd.net443"

Note: Even if i tried to brower google chrome and firefox. I try to download another software like KM player just to make sure my internet speed is working.  Please verify the link you had shared or give me any alternate solution to download that AVG Internet Security file.

Hi Avinash,

Sorry to tell that I am facing again the freezing of google chrom browser after installing the AVG. On my later subject, i mention this issue but i forgot to include specifically that my browser is freezing. I would appreciate if you allow me to send to you the snapshot as your reference.

We'll certainly help you resolve this issue.
Could you disable each AVG component individually and and verify this issue? This will help us narrow down the issue to particular component that is causing it. 

Open AVG Internet Security, click Menu > Settings > Components. Use the On/Off slider against each component to disable it.

Dear Avinash,

As per your instructions, kindly note that all slider buttons now were turn off(showing red button). I am keep monitoring the status for couple minutest and update you regarding the freezing of browser.
