Retrieve AVG License Number

AVG told me to try the license retrieval site.

When I do, I get

Enter your registered email address with AVG and we'll
send you an email with all your license numbers.

We’re unable to find the email address you entered. Please check that you typed it correctly and that it’s the same address you used to register your AVG license.

NOTE: Our AVG Protection, AVG Performance, and AVG Ultimate subscription packages do not use license numbers. To activate the PRO features in subscription products, just log in to your products using the AVG MyAccount email address you used when purchasing your subscription.

WHEN I TRY TO REGISTER MY AVG TUNEUP AND AVG ANTI VIRUS, IT KEEPS PROPTING ME THAT "THE SPACE WHERE YOU WRITE THE NAME ONLY ACCEPT LETTERS NO NUMBERS"
AND THE FACT I DO NOT HAVE NUMBERS THERE, I HAVE BEEN 3 DAYS TRYING TO REGISTER, ON CUSTOMER SUPPORT I WAS CONNECTED TO A GENTLMAN FROM INDIA WHO TOOK MY REGISTRATION NUMBERS AND FUCKED UP MY COMPUTER, AND ASKED ME FOR $199.00 TO FIX IT, HE DID NOT DO ANY THING USEFUL, WHAT AVG ALLOWS SUCH PIRATES IN THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEIR PHONE NUMBER, I AM GIVING UP ON AVG, PLEASE HELP.
AND AVG ANTIVIRUS I CAN NOT INSTALL IT BECAUSE PRODUCT ACTIVATION NUMBERS AND LETTERS IS NOT ACCEPTED.

Ted, AVG TuneUp & Anti-Virus license number or product key both consists of 6x5 upper-case letters. When your license number or product key is not accepted by AVG, please do the following: Visit (http://www.avg.com/lost).

I know I paid for AVG with a company credit card in the past few months ago.
When I do a scan, it will scan a few things then ask for another $$$ to scan More????
Are you just charging me per item, after you have my money? Your selling me a partial product, then want to bill me for more? I think next year I'll go back to my last provider.
